Great day for a ride!

Today Kev and I went for a very short ride through Nyack - here I am at the bottom of the oh-so-beautiful Tappan Zee Bridge (I needed a break so taking a picture is always a good excuse to stop riding for a minute!).

Hard to tell here but Kevin is at the top of this very steep hill we had to climb - easy for him, nearly impossible for me but we made it and were now on our way down. Not sure which I hate more - biking up hill or down hill?

Run Like A Girl

Two out of 3 of my amazing sisters ran the NYRR 10K this morning in Central Park. Here they are crossing the finish line - a great day for a fun!
